Refund Policy

General
Tickets for concerts and events organized by DoelenEnsemble are in principle non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to this refund policy. There is no right of withdrawal for leisure activities on a specific date, as provided under consumer law.

 

Cancellation of an event
If a concert or event is definitively cancelled by DoelenEnsemble, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. After the cancellation is announced, you will receive information on how to request your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling of an event
If an event is rescheduled to a different date, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may contact our customer service within the specified period to discuss the available options. A refund in the case of rescheduling is not automatically guaranteed.

 

Program changes
DoelenEnsemble reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, time, or performing artists. Such changes do not, in principle, entitle you to a refund.

 

Personal circumstances

Refund requests based on personal circumstances, such as illness, inability to attend, or weather conditions, cannot unfortunately be granted.

 

Request procedure
If you are entitled to a refund, you may submit a request by sending an email to doelenensemble@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and the relevant event. We aim to respond within ten working days. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen working days. The actual processing time may vary depending on your bank.

 

Other provisions
Any service or administrative fees will only be refunded if legally required. DoelenEnsemble reserves the right to refuse requests in cases of misuse of the refund policy.
